Ready? Here's a big one...

Okay so first off, I am SO behind. I apologize! I've had to much going on lately and honestly just kind of forgot about my blog! I can't believe my last post was FATHERS DAY! So here come many more adventures since then =)
#1.....CALI =)
My family went on a vacation to San Diego for a couple of days and it was a blast!! The trip was way too short of course, but so much fun!

We stayed at the Bahia Resort Hotel. It was right on the beach and such a pretty view!

Sea World!! =) Enough said....everyone knows sea world is fun!

Hunter and I playing on the beach. Just hanging on the beach is so much fun!

Boat ride to........

Parasailing!!!!!!! Funnest thing ever! Still can't believe I did it =)

Blake and Aaron's turn! Aaron recorded while in the air!

#2...... Four Wheeling =)

Every year my family goes on a four wheeling trip with my dads side of the family. We go somewhere different every year and it's always a blast! This year we went to Moab and there are so many trails. We might have to go back there next year. Not enough time to do them all!

Blake and Aaron on one of the easier trails.

Dad and I. My dad puts this trip together every year and does a fantastic job! Thanks!!

#3..... Lake Powell =)

Aaron's family went to Lake Powell this year and invited me along. Brooke stayed home with Paxton (he hates the heat) so I decided to tag along with Aaron. A full week of fun and sun. Can't get much better than that...

I Love the boat rides. I could ride on a boat ALL day!

I'm not a huge skiier or wake boarder....but I do tube! haha

Hunter was hesitant to get on a tube.... He was so worried about his hat falling off!

Once he was on, he LOVED it!

Hunter kept yelling to me "Breanne! Are your glasses still on??" Haha and as you can see...I'm lucky to still have them.

#4...... Summer coming to an end =(
The summer was a blast. I'm soo lucky for the best sister and brother in law in the world to let me come live with them for the summer. I wasn't sure about it when deciding, but it was the best decision I made. It was so much fun. I got so much closer to everyone! Car rides to vacations I usually sat up front with Aaron. We had good chats and a good time watching movies at night!
Brooke and I had some really good chats. We had a goal to go running....the goal didn't work so good, and when we would actually go, we usually ended up walking most of the time because we would be in such good conversation. I grew a lot closer to my sis and I'm so greatful for that!
My nephews are THEE cutest, funnest, most hilarious, sweet boys in the world. Hunter was constantly making me laugh. From wrestling me and pushing me off the couch, to his funny remarks, to water balloons on the tramp, or funny family home evening comments, or getting in trouble for not going to sleep with his funny excuses, to his prayers "bless Breanne can stay a long time"...haha. He is the funnest kid. He is always so fun to play with and his imagination is amazing. The day I was packing to leave he came in my room to "help" and said.."Are you going to grandma's too?" I replied "Yes, I am, but I am staying there when you guys come back." He looked at me with a not so happy face and said "Does that mean summer is over?" I said yes to hear his reply..."Dang it." Haha it brought tears to my eyes thinking about leaving him.
Paxton was 2 months old when I moved out there. And from 2 months to 5 months, he changed a ton! Paxton is the sweetest natured boy! He is just happy to be here I think. He honestly doesn't cry unless he's hungry...the good kid! How he sleeps with all of Hunters noise sometimes, I do not know. I loooved holding him at night till he fell asleep on me, which usually made ME fall asleep as well. He's so sweet. He was constantly growing! He eats so good and is such a healthy boy. I got to be there to hear him start laughing, and HOW CUTE!
Needless to say, I loved every minute of summer in Grand Junction. Thanks Brooke & Aaron!

#5.....Grandma Bandley
My Grandma Bandley has been struggling with Alzheimers (ex the spelling?) for a long time. I don't remember her without memory loss. This summer was a hard one for my mom as she was really going down hill. Two weeks prior to my trip to lake powell, she was put in a nursing home. The home was lovely and a really nice place! My Grandpa would go visit and stay with her all the time. We knew she wasn't doing well, so we made a trip to provo for a couple of days and sort of said our goodbyes. While I was in Lake Powell I got the news that my grandma had passed away. What a bitter sweet feeling. She had been struggling and it was hard to see her like that, and to see my mom see her like that. It was a blessing for her to go be her happy healthy self again, yet such a sad event as well. We got home from Lake Powell Saturday, packed sunday morning, went to sacrament, and were in Provo that night for the viewing. I was so glad I could be there with my mom. My mom is amazing! She handled everything so well and was so strong! The funeral was the next morning and was such a nice day. The family was all strong and the talks were great. My mom gave such a wonderful talk! My grandma looked beautiful and happy. I asked my grandpa how he was and he replied "Good now that she (my grandma) looks like this. She looks SO pretty".....How awesome is that?! My Grandpa is the best!
It was a hard thing, but a good thing. But I'm so greatful for the plan of salvation when we can all be together again!

My beautiful Grandma =)

#......The end! I was planning on ending with my Utah State experience so far, but this post is HUGE! So that will wait for another day. =)
