Time For An Update??

Seriously, I need to stop promising myself that I will write more frequently because let's face it. It just does not happen.

I've been WANTING to blog forever! But it just never seems to happen. The past two weeks have been insanely busy and it's not looking to get any better until school stops. Which will be fantastic!

So, here's to another "update" post with random pictures and subtitles. Sorry for the boring-ness, but it's necessary :)

Peach Days! How can I not talk about Peach Days?
Good ol' Brigham City Celebrations. We were so excited to go this year. I get SO stoked every year to go, and it's always a let down. It's the same old thing every time. Weirdo's that come out of no where, stormy weather, and just not that much to do. BUT regardless, we had fun :) It's still the hometown event that you just can't miss!

My roommates and I got tickets to go to the General Relief Society Broadcast. We made a night of it and went to dinner before hand. It was good to spend time all-together and go to the conference center. The meeting was amazing and the messages were so great!

The following week was conference! My mom knew that Kati and I wanted to go, so she was able to get me four tickets. I always love Conference, but going just makes it ten times better. The spirit is SO strong in there. Being surrounded by people who all have a testimony of the gospel and then to top it off, being in the presence of the prophet! We had a great time and I loved being there :)

My first year hunting!!
I decided this year that I wanted to give Hunting a try. I love to fly-fish with my dad and do all the "guy" stuff. So I told my dad I wanted to hunt, and he of course didn't hesitate one bit to get me going! I took Hunters safety, put in, and drew out for the muzzleloader.
My parents picked Blake and I up on Friday morning, and we were off. (I hadn't even shot a muzzleloader before!)
Blake spotted some deer from off far, and my dad, grandpa and I hiked up a hill and there we spotted the one. This deer was looking right at my dad and I and we couldn't tell if it was a buck or not! My dad handed me the gun, and said "As soon as we know it's a buck, shoot." So we waited, and all the sudden it turned its head and I saw antlers. I got ready to shoot and as I took a big breath out, "BANG" only it was my grandpa's gun. Which then made another "BANG" as mine shot off too. haha! Then I just heard my dad say "It's down!"
What an adrenaline rush! It's so much fun :)
There was one hole and a possible graze of another............ so pretty much my grandpas, but we're saying it's both of ours. I had a blast and will definitely be going again!

Last but not least, let me tell you about my best friends ever :)
I've made so many friends while being at UVU. It's been such a different feel than Logan and I've really enjoyed it. (I miss USU, don't get me wrong!)
Anyways.. McCae and Chelan (in the picture above) are in my dance classes and we met these boys one day, and we've been besties ever since. We do weird things....... (as you can tell) but we are just random and fun, and I love it.
In all honesty, these boys are great. I would trust them with my life. Each one of them! Such goofs, and such awesome guys :)

Brett*Chris*Mark

This was Halloween weekend. The guys were SO excited about their spanish bull runner costumes! Mark and I went to a halloween party and I needed to be something that cooresponded with his costume. So flamenco dancer it was! And then Chris decided that he would be the bull. Typical :)

Seriously, I love these boys.

OOH! One more thing.....THIS is the last thing I promise. But........

I'm so proud of my Aggies for beating BYU in basketball this weekend. It really made my whole week.
Blake and I were going to go up to the game but they made it nearly impossible for us to get in! So we just watched it at his apartment with a bunch of BYU fans. We of course were decked out in our aggie gear, and best yet.....we won :)
I love being an aggie fan. I sure miss the USU pride!!!!!

Ok, my updates are complete. For now.
I'd promise another one soon, but who am I kidding? So, see ya when I see ya :)

Love, Bre
